Coming to an event at Vivint Arena?

If you are an American Express® Card Member, bring your card to the event and receive exclusive access to enter Vivint Arena through one of the dedicated American Express Card Member Entrances.

FINDING YOUR WAY THERE

There are two dedicated Card Member Entrances at Vivint Arena. One entrance is located within the Northwest Entrance of Vivint Arena, at the corner of North 400 West and South Temple. The other can be accessed through the Southwest Entrance of Vivint Arena at the corner of 100 South and John Stockton Drive (400 West)..

ACCESS POLICY

Access through the Card Member Entrances at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, UT is available only to American Express Card Members. To gain entry to Vivint Arena through one of the American Express Card Member Entrances, you must present the guest services representative with a: Valid American Express Card along with a valid event ticket*

*All active American Express Card Members are permitted entry to Vivint Arena via the Card Member Entrances for themselves and all guests in their party, provided all guests have a valid event ticket.

American Express Card Member

The American Express Card Member Entrances will be accessible for designated events at Vivint Arena including all Utah Jazz home games as well as major sports and entertainment events.

Access through these entrances begins once all general doors to the arena open for each event. Doors for Utah Jazz games open 90 minutes prior to the event start time, and vary for concerts, family shows and other sports events. The American Express Card Member Entrances will be accessible for designated sports and entertainment events at Vivint Arena. To gain entry to Vivint Arena through the American Express Card Member Entrances, you must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express card. The American Express Card Member Entrances may not be open for all Vivint Arena events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into Vivint Arena is subject to both the terms and conditions stated on the back of your Vivint Arena event ticket and the rules set by Vivint Arena.
