The safety of our guests, employees, players, coaches and performers is our number one priority. Below you’ll find all the information you need to know before attending your next Vivint Arena event, including information regarding proof of vaccination, masks, bags and digital tickets.

Need To Know

Proof Of Vaccination For Specific Events

Vivint Arena will adhere to the specific COVID-19 protocols of the event organizer or concert/show promoter which could require mandatory masks and/or proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event time. Please check the event page for the status of each particular event. Proof of vaccination is no longer required for Utah Jazz home games.

Mask Policy For Specific Events

The use of proper face coverings remains a recommended practice as an effective health
tool to prevent the spread of the virus. Per NBA health and safety protocols, masks are still required for
individuals in designated areas surrounding the basketball court and for specific arena events. Please check the event page for details.

 

No Bags

Bags (including purses) will not be allowed at Vivint Arena. Diaper bags and medical bags will be allowed if they are no larger than 14”x14”x6”. Clutches will be allowed but must be no larger than 4”x6”x2”.

Digital Tickets

All tickets are digital. Digital tickets allow for contactless entry and allow you to manage, access, transfer, and sell your tickets from the Utah Jazz App.

Frequently Asked Questions

All tickets are digital and no paper tickets will be used at Vivint Arena. Digital tickets allow for contactless entry and allow you to manage, access, transfer, and sell your tickets from the Utah Jazz App. To learn more about digital tickets click here.

Parking is available at the Park Place parking lot. You can purchase parking before the game using the Utah Jazz App. Park Place is located across from Vivint Arena, at the intersection of 300 West and South Temple.

Prepay for parking via the Utah Jazz App. Upon payment you will be provided a QR code receipt that is specific to the event. Upon arrival at the Park Place lot, show your QR code to the lot attendant for entry.

You may enter through doors 2 (Northwest), 5 (Northeast), and 8 (Southeast).

Security screening will be contactless to help ensure the safety of guests and staff. We’ve installed new metal detectors at the arena, it isn’t necessary for you to pull anything out of your pockets. Just simply walk straight through when prompted by arena staff.

Concessions can be ordered using the Utah Jazz App or by visiting vivintarena.com/orderjazz.ordernext.com or scanning the QR code at each concession location inside the arena. Ordering kiosks will also be available in the atrium inside the main entry and near portals U and G on the main concourse as well as portals HH and VV on the upper concourse.
